The services provided under metaraid.io furnish Users with virtual storage space enabling them to store files such as videos, images or documents and to download them via a generated specific link.metaraid.io (which may be referred by “we”,”us”,”our” ) may modify the Agreement which will become effective immediately upon its updated on our website. Your continued use of the website and services indicates your acceptance of changes to the Agreement and you agree to be bound by all changes effective immediately. If you are dissatisfied with must discontinue using our services.
The above states that you have read and agree to all Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and similar terms, and any possible future changes, now or after modifications to this Agreement.
metaraid.io Free Services and premium services are available to anyone over the age of 18. Accounts for businesses or organizations must be created and maintained by an individual who is authorized to enter into binding contracts on behalf of the entity.
In short terms: You have to be over 18 and have authority and permission to accept this Agreement.
Uploaded Content
When you upload any material that may be viewed on or accessed through our services, we refer to it as “Content”. You affirm and warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions, and licenses to store, share or distribute the Content. You retain all the ownership rights in your Content. We don’t claim any ownership in or to any of your Content. If you created it, it’s yours. If any piece of it was created by someone else you need the permission, license, or authorization to upload this Content or share it. We do not claim we own any of it.By using our Services you guarantee that you have, for each file, all required permissions, including from copyright and other intellectual property rights holders, to distribute, transfer, store, and/or make available online as part of our Services. You can only transfer files if they are yours, or if you have permission from the owner to do so.
metaraid.io is not liable to you or any third party for any damages arising out of the content shared by you and the use, and reuse including but not limited to, copyright-protected works and/or trademarks.
By using our Services you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable limited license to use, reproduce, distribute or display Content through our services.
Use of our Services
You are responsible for your Content and your interactions with other users of the Services.When you allow other users access to your Content, you are responsible for what others do with it, we do not accept any responsibility for any Content and any use of other users with this content through our services.
While using metaraid.io services, you can’t:
Use the Services for any kind of illegal purpose;
Use any tool to index any part of our services;
Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, or any other harmful material to other users;
Distribute any Content that includes secret Content which is unrelated to the Content;
Collect any personal identifiable information or account names;
Impersonate another person;
Resale metaraid.io Services;
Post advertisements, promotions, or any other marketing-related action of our business;
Transmit any form of Spam;
Promote any information that you know is false or misleading;
Distribute an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's or organization’s trademarked, copyrighted work;
Distributing Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or violates any right of privacy or publicity, or that is defamatory, or that directs any user or organization to the content of the third party without consent and permission of the third party;
Damage any person's right to privacy or publicity or infringe the rights of any other person;
Any type of violation of the rights of third persons or organizations, e.g. third party intellectual property rights, including third party copyrights and third party personal interests, including also rights to, honor (distribution of individuals’ likenesses without acquiring the appropriate consent of such persons, in as far as such consent is required by law, is prohibited),
Export any Content in violation of the export or import laws of the United States or without all required approvals,
Distribute any kind of link, image, text, software, or any other tool that is pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind.
Feature child pornography;
Are obscene, defamatory, indecent or unlawful,
Promote racism, violence, or hatred;
Are factually inaccurate, false, misleading or deceptive;
You don’t have the right to copy and/or transfer;
Infringe, violate or misappropriate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, including data protection rights, and/or any other kind of rights;
Infringe on or violate any applicable law;
Promote gambling, or the sale or use of liquor, tobacco products, or illicit drugs.
Provided content:
Content is provided to you AS IS. You understand that when using the metaraid.io Services metaraid.io is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such Content. You understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, offensive, or objectionable for any reason, and you agree to waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against metaraid.io to the extent permitted by applicable law, agree to indemnify and hold harmless metaraid.io, its owners, and operators to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to any Content and your use of the Services. You acknowledge your use of the Content is at your own risk.You are responsible for everything you share or any interactions you have through our website and our services.

metaraid.io does not confirm that any Content, including, but not limited to, its accuracy, appropriateness, or legality, is stored or distributed through the Services, and metaraid.io expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Content. Content is yours, not ours.You are responsible for any corrupted, lost, or irrecoverable data. You understand and agree that metaraid.io reserves the right to delete, move, or edit any Content that it may determine violates the Agreement and/or Privacy Policy or is otherwise unacceptable and may terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. This is not limited to Content that violates our terms but it is valid for any Content. metaraid.io may delete, edit or close any account without any responsibility to inform any of its’ users.
When metaraid.io removes or disables Content for policy violations, the user may face account termination without any prior notice. metaraid.io reserves the right to determine what is harmful to its users, and operations, including any activities that restrict or inhibit any other user from using the Services. Complaints about violators of our policies should be submitted to our abuse department. Each complaint will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.
metaraid.io reserves the right to terminate your access to any Service at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. The terms of the Agreement and Privacy Policy shall survive any termination of your access to the Services.
metaraid.io may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or Content, without prior notice or liability.
You are responsible for your Content. Important data should be stored in more than one place, you must not trust metaraid.io. When receiving Content from a 3rd party, always be careful!
You agree that, by using our services, your actions on our website are logged and we can share our logs with government agencies if needed.
Repeat infringer policy
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable laws, metaraid.io has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at metaraid.io's sole discretion, subscribers or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. metaraid.io may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any Intellectual Property Rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.Copyright complaints
If you believe that any material made available via the Service infringes upon any copyright which you own or control, or that any link made available via the Service directs users to material that infringes upon any copyright which you own or control, you may file a notification of such infringement on this "Report Abuse" page.Premium Services & Refund Policy
metaraid.io offers premium services including:1) Premium Membership, which gives you unlimited storage of your own and the ability to upload files up to 4GB instead of 2GB limit and also download with maximum speed instead of 100 kb/second.
metaraid.io can terminate your account without prior notice and without a refund.
A refund is not possible for premium membership.
Indemnity and Liability
These Terms of Service are governed by United Arab Emirates law. These Terms of Service will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. United Arab Emirates Law applies to this agreement and any conflicts between you and us.Any disputes regarding these Terms of Service will be submitted to the Court that has jurisdiction under United Arab Emirates law.
